Exhaust system repair
Corroded or damaged sections of exhaust systems, brackets and bolts are cut loose for the installation of new parts.System: Powermax30 or 45
Bracket removal
Welds securing mounting brackets that have bent or crushed during collisions are gouged out or cut away for the installation of new parts.System: Powermax30 or 45
Body panel replacement
Corroded or collision damaged body panels, typically 22 gauge (.8 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.System: Powermax190c, 30 or 45
Frame repair
Damaged portions of the frame, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of new square stock.System: Powermax30 or 45
Floor repair
Corroded or damaged floor panels, typically 20 gauge (.9 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.System: Powermax190c or 30
Panel fabrication
Hard to find or costly replacement body and floor panels are sometimes fabricated by cutting sheet metal to size then formed to the correct shape.System: Powermax190c or 30
