Exhaust system repair

Corroded or damaged sections of exhaust systems, brackets and bolts are cut loose for the installation of new parts.

Bracket removal

Welds securing mounting brackets that have bent or crushed during collisions are gouged out or cut away for the installation of new parts.

Body panel replacement

Corroded or collision damaged body panels, typically 22 gauge (.8 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.

Frame repair

Damaged portions of the frame, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of new square stock.

Floor repair

Corroded or damaged floor panels, typically 20 gauge (.9 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.

Panel fabrication

Hard to find or costly replacement body and floor panels are sometimes fabricated by cutting sheet metal to size then formed to the correct shape.
