Counter fabrication and repair

Damaged or deteriorated portions of stainless steel counters, typically 1/16" (1.6 mm) thick, are cut away to install new panels.
System: Powermax30 or 45

Conveyor system redesign

To accommodate new processes or equipment, sections of stainless steel conveyors including guards, flow rails and support posts that are typically 1/8" (3.2 mm) thick are cut for modifications.
System: Powermax30 or 45

Ventilation systems

Cracked or faulty sections are cut away for the installation of new parts such as fans, exhaust stacks and vent ducts. For system expansion, access holes are cut in existing ducts, typically 22 to 24 gauge (.6 to .8 mm) thick, so new branches can be riveted on.

Platform repair

Corroded or damaged sections of hand rails, grated stair treads and platform gratings are cut away or welds are gouged out to allow the installation of new parts.
