Guard repair
Sections of severely damaged vehicle cab guards are cutaway or the weld securing the contorted metal are gouged
out for the installation of new parts. Replacement parts are
cut to size then welded in place.
System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250
Skidder track repair
To install new track parts, corroded steel bolts are cut off to remove the damaged or worn shoes. Welds securing damaged track guards, which protect the track rollers, are gouged out so replacement metal plates can be installed.System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250
Plow repair
Welds securing wear plates, typically 1/2 to 3/4" (12 to 19 mm) thick, and plow blades are gouged out for the installation of new parts.System: Powermax1000, 1250 or 1650
Rail replacement
Collision damaged load rails on log trailers are removed and new rectangular steel stock, typically 3/8 to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) wall thickness, are cut to size for the proper height of the trailer.System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250
Truck maintenance
Corroded or collision damaged body panels, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.System: Powermax45 or 1000
