Railcar platform repair

Corroded or damaged railcar platforms are removed for replacement steel grating.
System: Powermax45 or 1000

Vent installation

Templates are used to cut holes in the walls, floors, and ceilings panels, typically 1/8 to 3/16" (3 to 5 mm) thick, to install air circulation vents in passenger railcars.
System: Powermax30 or 45

Maintenance vehicle repair

Damaged or deteriorated sections of body panels, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away to install replacement panels or patching. Fabrication of dividers or racks requires the cutting of steel plates and tubular stock prior to being welded together.
