We want to employ excellence in technology innovation and in the way we run our business. This vision has served us well, but we know it is only a small part of our success.
Associates
We know the key reason for our success is our Associates. Hypertherm is an Associate-owned company and it is our Associate owners who are constantly working to make Hypertherm products better than any other plasma cutting product out there. It is our Associates who are constantly searching for ways to be more productive and efficient. It is our Associates who have made Hypertherm the company it is today.

Our vision and culture also includes a real focus on corporate responsibility. We believe every company has an obligation to care for the community in which it does business.
